DESIGN CONCEPT    :  Modern Tropical

HOUSE PLAN DESCRIPTION     :  The usage of different levels of height on the façade treatment creates a more interesting design for the bungalow.  Simultaneously, this will also help to create a “Double Volume” living area and the high roof peak becomes a unique feature, thus a landmark for the bungalow.   Main spaces are separated from the others and they are organized based on their needs for privacy.  Incoming guests from the main gate will be led straight to the lobby (foyer) via a small entrance door.  Living, dining and kitchen have direct view towards terrace and mini pool.  Dining area is located next to family area, which is near to wet and dry kitchen.  A sliding door is provided in between wet and dry kitchen to make the area more spacious.  Bedrooms are arranged in such way to allow for privacy. Sliding door at living and dining area opens up to the terrace.  Family outdoor activities can be carried out on terrace 1 and 2.  Mini swiming pool becomes the focal point that connects the exterior and interior spaces and it also gives a cooling effect to the bungalow.  The use of sliding gate allows 2 bays of car park. House number, post box, water meter and electric meter are organized neatly in one compartment with a small gate on the left side of the bungalow.


SPECIAL HOME DESIGN     :  The living area with 17’ (5.1m) high, dining and family areas are designed separately from one another but they share one common view towards the mini pool (or fish pond).  Sliding door is used to separate the dining area from dry kitchen.  Terrace 1 and 2 are the ideal spots for family and friends to get together and enjoy their spare time.
